Prakrti Glo Return Policy
At Prakrti Glo, we take great care to ensure that our soaps meet the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in rare cases where the soap is damaged during transit, we will consider a return or replacement under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Damaged Products Only: Returns are only accepted if the soap arrives in a damaged condition.
- Proof Required: Customers must provide clear images or videos of the damaged product along with the original packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
- Approval Process: Once our team reviews the submitted proof, we will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the return request.
Non-Returnable Cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Opened or used products.
- Minor variations in fragrance, color, or texture, as our soaps are made from natural ingredients.
Replacement or Refund:
- If the return request is approved, we will provide either a replacement of the same product or a refund in the form of store credit.
- Refunds will not be processed for any other reason besides confirmed product damage.
